ROOF DAMAGE RACKS UP UNEXPECTED REPAIR BILLS

One bad inspector failed to inspect the roof for the buyer and took the seller's statements that it was fine to "pass" the roof. Later the buyer experienced leaks and called in two other roofing Contractors that said that the roof was totaled and had to be redone.
